Loan has worked with Project Monitoring since 2016 and is responsible for results accountability and monitoring of the projects supported through the partnership with B3 Social. He worked at Decatron Automação e Tecnologia de Informação and served as a team leader at TCI BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). He has a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estácio de Sá.
