BrazilFoundation, represented by executive director Susane Worcman, was honored during the event História de Instituições Vencedoras (History of Winning Institutions) held in the Municipality of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, on November 30. The event was organized to honor the Ação Moradia (Action Housing) and APARU organizations, members of the Project BrazilFoundation 10 Years that celebrates 10 years of the Foundation.

Throughout the year, Ação Moradia, APARU and 18 other organizations, worked together with the BrazilFoundation team to develop three stages of the project: recording their institutional memory, recognizing and systematizing their methodologies, and evaluating their work.

The organizations presented the results of the first stage of the project during the event, which demonstrated the importance of recording their organizational memory in strengthening their identity.

After the presentation of their work, the event honored the people who were a part of the construction of these stories.
