One of BrazilFoundation’s most important contributions has been to discover small projects with enormous potential to aid their communities but which large international donors might overlook. To do so, we travel far. Thanks to TAM airlines, BrazilFoundation’s team of project analysts has been able to visit all of the 50 finalists, and to travel as far as Oiapoque, the northernmost town in Brazil. By June 26, we will have selected the 25 projects we will support with the resources you helped us raise.

The events organized by volunteers are crucial to our success. BrazilFoundation’s network continues to expand. A new volunteer committee has been set up in Los Angeles this spring and Brazilians and Americans who love Brazil are joining us in Massachusetts and Florida. We count on your support and look forward to seeing you at the events organized by friends of the foundation and at the IV Annual Gala Benefit on September 14!
